Minnesota college student Georgette Topalis is studying psychology at Winona State University, where she will soon be entering her junior year. When she’s not studying, Georgette Topalis enjoys watching Premier League soccer, the Chicago Blackhawks, and Netflix series.
There are 56 new movies and series coming to Netflix in June. Here are some of the ones to look forward to:
1) Tales of the City: Based on the novels by Armistead Maupin, Tales of the City stars Laura Linney as middle-aged Mary Ann Singleton who returns to San Francisco after years away to reunited with old friends and new characters at 28 Barbary Lane. The show also stars Ellen Page and Olympia Dukakis.
2) Jinn: A show geared toward teens, Jinn is an Arabic, coming-of-age, supernatural series that follows two jinns—one good, one evil—who enter the human realm during a school trip to Petra and return with the class to their high school.
3) Mr. Iglesias: A feel-good sitcom, Mr. Iglesias stars Gabriel Iglesias as a funny, good-natured teacher who returns to his former high school to try to inspire smart but underperforming students.
